I love the design of this guitar. I prefer to play with the neck elevated - maybe not as much as a classical player - and I can get this guitar in a comfortable position and it stays there, no neck dive like on most guitars. I also appreciate the neck, both the shape and the multiscale. It's just very comfortable to play. If I had to pick a nit, I'm not 100% sure I'm in love with the switching, I find positions 3 and 4 to be very similar and kinda wish there was a position that would allow both neck and bridge humbuckers together. I do, however, really like the sound of position 2 which is just the neck split. The pickups themselves sound good. I don't find them to be distinctive in any certain way, but I actually prefer that for flexibility. This was a "refurb" and have to say that the blemish was extremely minor. Minor enough, that some other manufacturers would have probably just shipped it out and hoped the customer wouldn't notice. Strandberg obviously doesn't do business that way and I certainly appreciate it. This guitar is a true joy to play and would highly recommend it!
