PROJECT LEAD

SALES AND MARKETING

 

Strandberg Guitars is at the forefront of the electric guitar market, known for our innovative spirit, high quality, and genuine love for music. With a solid track record of providing musicians with exceptional instruments, we are hiring a Sales and Marketing Project Lead to join our dedicated team. As a Sales and Marketing Project Lead at Strandberg Guitars, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our brand’s growth and presence worldwide. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing a variety

of events, exhibitions, and marketing initiatives, including roadshows and pop-up stores across different regions. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the success of our sales and marketing efforts as we continue to expand our global footprint, allowing more people to experience Strandberg guitars. You will be reporting to the CMO and be part of the sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of sales and marketing events, exhibitions, roadshows, and pop-up stores globally.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of innovative marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.

• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

• Oversee budget management and resource allocation for sales and marketing projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.

• Be a part of fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, fun, and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Relevant higher education or work experience that relates to the responsibilities and expected outcomes.

• Proven experience in sales and marketing project management.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven mindset.

• Curious, creative and open minded to have the ability to create successful activities.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
