The Fusion set was designed with the HSH pickup configuration in mind with a middle single-coil pickup working in conjunction with split bridge and neck humbuckers in the second and fourth positions. With two rows of screws instead of the usual row of slugs on the inside coils of the humbuckers, the Fusion humbuckers provide more mid-mids with a smoother pick attack than any or our other humbucker models. This sonic character makes it ideal for fusion-style leads while still being versatile enough to cover more classic sounds as well as modern sounds with a slightly warmer and singing tonality.

This product is designed for direct mount only. .strandberg* MF Humbuckers are supplied with 3mm mounting holes without threads.

Rich, full, warm and sweet across the sonic range, the Fusion humbuckers can still provide plenty of bite when needed with medium-hot output and excellent sensitivity and dynamics. Distinct from all of our other pickup models with a unique midrange character, the Fusion humbuckers are for players who prefer a smoother response and fullness in their sound. As versatile as all of our other humbucker sets, the Fusion imparts a strong midrange character for players who seek less edginess and more warmth to define their unique playing styles.
