From Korea to the Big Stage with Gwen Stefani
In a very short period of time, Liso Lee has a come a long way from Korea to gigging on the big stage with pop superstar Gwen Stefani. A talented guitarist with a hard work ethic and unbridled enthusiasm to learn and thrive in new environments, Liso is living the dream of a successful professional musician in the hyper competitive pop music scene – touring the world and performing at Gwen Stefani’s Las Vegas residency shows.
After finishing university in Korea, Liso moved to Los Angeles from Korea to study at the Musician’s Institute. A standout student, Liso absorbed everything she could from the faculty as well as talented students from all over the world. It wasn’t long before she received a call to audition for the musical director for Gwen Stefani and getting the coveted gig.
A musician with a keen ear for tone and performance, Liso found that a .strandberg* Classic worked well for the Gwen Stefani shows since the performance requires a lot of moving around and intricate choreography.
