Please use this form to register the information that we need to log a warranty return for repair/service case. After receiving this information, we will get back to you regarding the return of your guitar.

  • Please enter the SKU of your guitar, or describe in free text if you don't know it. (For example: "BD6CT-17O-M-F-RD" or "Boden Original 6")
  • Please enter the serial number of your guitar (for example "C2009120")
    IMPORTANT: Choose strings to return the guitar with. As we are not able to stock brands and gauges to suit all preferences, you must ship your guitar with a fresh, unopened, pack of strings included. Alternatively, you can purchase a 5-pack .strandberg* or D'Addario strings along with this order, and we will install one set and return the guitar with the remaining 4 sets. We cannot set the guitar up again with the strings it was delivered with, regardless of condition they are in.
  • Please enter the tuning used for the guitar. Start with the lowest string and end with the highest. E.g. standard tuning for a 6-string guitar is EADGBE
    Please choose your preference for how you would like the guitar set up. Add any additional comments in the Instructions box.
  • Please input a detailed description of the problem(s) and any specific instructions for the setup of your guitar.

Orders ship from Sweden, which means that within the European Union, there are no additional fees. Delivery of guitars/large items is fast and free* with DHL Express with On Demand Delivery, which lets you monitor and direct your shipment once it is on its way. Smaller items ship with Swedish Postnord.
