The 4th run of Boden J Artisan is designed to be the ultimate extended-range guitar and features the .strandberg* EGS Rev7 7-string tremolo system to explore the subsonic terrains of modern music and provide exceptional versatility. The body is premium-grade Swamp Ash topped off with a solid Buckeye top adorned with resin fill in three stunning color options.
The neck is constructed of Wenge with Purple Heart fillets for beauty and rock-solid stability and has an oil finish for a fast and smooth feel. The three fretboard options of Wenge, Birdseye Maple, and Ebony each provide a unique visual and sonic match to the body. The complex and rich acoustic characteristics of these instruments are faithfully captured by a set of Suhr™ Hot 7 Humbucking pickups with push-pull coil-split functionality on the tone control for tonal versatility.
