The Boden Metal NT features chambered Basswood body wings, solid Maple top, Roasted Maple neck-thru-body, and Ebony fretboard for a tight yet rich and full-sounding tone that can cut through any mix with a focused punch that is characteristic of the neck-thru-body construction. Our new .strandberg* Metal passive pickups in HH configuration provide a wide range of modern high-gain humbucker and sparkling clean single-coil sounds with a unique passive character, making them suitable for virtually all playing styles and musical genres.

What does it do?
Besides the amazing playability and comfort, the Boden Metal NT delivers a wide palette of musical sounds with a distinct sonic character due to its neck-thru-body construction. Compared to the bolt-on, the sound is punchier and more focused with enhanced sustain. The woods were carefully selected and matched to maximize the natural acoustic characteristics of the design and construction. Basswoods’s warm and full midrange made it ideal for the chambered body wings. Combined with the 5-ply carbon fiber reinforced Roasted Maple neck-thru-body, solid Maple top and Ebony fretboard which provide rigidity, focus and cutting brilliance, the Metal NT has an exceptionally balanced acoustic character. The Fishman Fluence Modern ceramic magnet bridge and alnico magnet neck humbuckers with dual push-pull pots offer an extremely wide range of great modern and traditional humbucker and single-coil sounds.
