Tre Watson is a quickly rising star in the world of video game music and the expanding musical world of nerd culture. Tre has been playing guitar since the age of 14 and has been a known entity in internet music circles since 2010, releasing various djent releases for free to online listeners.

As a game composer, they have worked on projects including 2XKO, Gun Jam, Magic: The Gathering, and League of Legends. Tre has also written original songs and arranged cover songs about games, anime, and nerd culture at large.

Tre currently releases music biweekly on YouTube, as well as performing as a member of MAKESTUFF., a heavy pop music outfit, and also takes their nerd-oriented music head-to-head with Brandon Yates of DEATH BATTLE! as Fandom Fight, performing at various conventions. Their philosophy for creating music and releases for the internet is “Good Music and Fun Times. Take your work seriously but never yourself.”, and they inject that into all aspects of their music.

Tre was initially drawn to .strandberg* due to the lightweight and lack of neck dive when playing but found the EndurNeck to be extremely comfortable and helped to alleviate wrist pain and carpal tunnel symptoms, making it their immediate go-to guitar for any task, be it composition or live music.

Tre currently plays the .strandberg* Boden NX Prog 6 Earth Green, Boden NX Prog 7 Walnut Burl, Boden NX Metal 8 Black Granite, and Boden Classic 6 in Gray.
